The experience of childbirth is supposed to be positive and full of joy, but for some it is exactly the opposite. You prepared for baby, read books, bought the gear, and cautiously listened to advice. Instead, you’re so tired, feeling isolated, lonely, scared, and worried most of the time. You feel like you will never be yourself again and you’re not sure what to do to help yourself feel better and things you have tried aren’t helping.
Now imagine feeling better, less anxious, more confident in yourself and your decisions.
